Douglas Howe is the Founder and Principal Owner of The HOWe Team, a Personal Leadership Development company delivering Executive Coaching, Keynote Speaking, Motivational Consulting and Innovations to Executives and Professionals in the business and non-profit worlds. He¡¯s been a CEO, Executive Director, Speaker/Trainer, Professor, Coach, Consultant and Pastor for 28 years in the non-profit and for-profit sectors, having made over 2000 public presentations in corporate, educational and inspirational settings.

The HOWe Team¡¯s client list covers a range of small and large companies around the country, including Procter & Gamble, AK Steel, Fox Media Group, Health Alliance, Healthy Advice, Cincinnati Eye Institute, Carespring Health Care, Cinergy Solutions, Anthony Munoz Foundation, Teen Challenge, National Management Association, and Oaks Christian Schools.

Doug has served on several Boards and Committees including the University of Northern Kentucky School of Entrepreneurship; NKUEI Academic Affairs Committee; Village of Indian Hill Recreation Commission; Cincinnati Hills Academy Campaign Cabinet; Carolina Crossings Camp for Physically Challenged Teens; Ohio Young Life Buckeye Regional Committee; Woodleaf Staff Advisory Board; Anthony Munoz Foundation Development Committee.

He is also the author of numerous articles and writes a popular culture blog for Fox¡¯s Beliefnet.com, headquartered in New York City. His next book is due out Christmas of 2010.

Mr. Howe holds a Masters Degrees Theology with a focus in Leadership Development, as well as other specialized industry credentials. He and Denise have been joyfully married for 25 years and have 4 children spread through college and high school. Anecdotal highlights including finishing the New York Marathon, coaching his daughter¡¯s girls¡¯ basketball team to the Cincinnati Metro Championship, and advisory meetings with President George W. Bush and several congressmen.
